Experience the art of honey tasting with Andrea Glenn, co-owner of Gibbs Honey and a Level II Honey Sommelier, accredited in Italy by the Italian Register for Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey. 

We'll practice methods used by sommeliers, sampling Gibbs Honey as well as a carefully curated assortment of single varietal honey from around the world. Discover how different flowers and terroir give each honey unique characteristics and a distinct flavour experience. Elevate your palate and learn more about the wonderful world of honey!

We host you in our heritage barn for a relaxing, unique and informative experience. It's the perfect event for showers, friends weekends or as a part of your visit to the Vankleek Hill area.

Tasting lasts approximately 1 hr

This experience is best for Adults or Children 12+.

Note that this experience does not include any hands-on work with our bees.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration up to 48hrs in advance for refund or rescheduled date if available. This is a rain or shine event, but Tasting will be cancelled and refunded if we haven't met the minimum 2 participants 48 hours before the day of the event.
