Our Hydromel is a lower-ABV honey wine made from our Ontario wildflower honey, local yeast, and bottle-conditioned for gentle, natural bubbles. Subtle honey notes shine through a clean, sulphite-free finish. Naturally gluten free.

Serving Tips:

Serve well-chilled. 

Our hydromel is naturally lively and may foam a little—this is normal. Open slowly to help minimize overflow. Natural sediment is part of the charm of this unfiltered hydromel:

• For more texture: Very gently invert the bottle a couple times to mix in the sediment before opening (don’t shake).
• For a clearer pour: Let the bottle sit upright for several hours or overnight to allow the sediment to settle. Pour slowly, leaving the last bit in the bottle.
