Handcrafted from our Ontario wildflower honey and local yeast, this unfiltered, all-natural wine is refreshingly unique. Gently sparkling with fine bubbles, it offers warm honey and pollen notes and a crisp, balanced, sulphite-free finish. Naturally gluten free. 

Perfect with charcuterie,  cheese boards, on a picnic, or as a celebratory toast.

Serve well-chilled. 

Our pét-nat is naturally lively and may foam a little—this is normal. Open slowly to help minimize overflow.Natural sediment is part of the charm of this unfiltered pét-nat:

• For more texture: Very gently invert the bottle a couple times to mix in the sediment before opening (don’t shake).
• For a clearer pour: Let the bottle sit upright for several hours or overnight to allow the sediment to settle. Pour slowly, leaving the last bit in the bottle.
